Identify an aspect of medieval English law that either curtailed or facilitated capitalist economic relations (ownership, transferability, measurability, and markets), and explain why this principle, process, or practice had the political-economic implications that you think it had.

The readings, lectures, and glossary of terms are all sources of information about aspects of medieval English law from which you may choose.
